I brought my car to get looked at after the check engine light came on. The staff at Hudson had a good look at my car and came back with their honest recommendation. They quoted me a fair price (and stuck to it) fixed it in a timely manner and even washed and vacuumed it for me. I am really grateful for the hard work and amazing service I received at Hudson! We had a friend “fix” our minivan which resulted in him breaking our break lines and calliper to which my wife pulled over and got help at Hudson Auto, I was extremely pleased throughout the entire process of speaking and dealing with Lukas. Lukas was extremely professional, positive, and empathetic throughout the entire process. I am extremely grateful that my wife pulled over and found Hudson Auto, we will be using them for all of our next repairs. They provide a great service and are also very efficient and most importantly give quality work that also includes 2 years warranty on their work and parts. We are very appreciative of Hudson's service. We were returning home to Vancouver Island after a road trip and our vehicle (which had begun acting up after some recent work) broke down on our way to the ferry. Our mechanic at home was unhelpful and we were looking into very expensive tows on the ferry and/or hotel rooms. Hudson fit us in same day, quickly diagnosed the problem and sent us on our way. This meant so much more to us than just a running vehicle. Instead of leaving our mechanic at home a well deserved scathing review, I figured I'd take a moment to show appreciation for the GOOD out there as well. Thank you!

Today I want to write a review for Hudson Automotive!! The best place I could have found! I especially want to thank Lukas Stevens, who helped me directly. I arrived with my baby, worried about the noises my car was making, and after explaining the work a "mechanic friend" had done, he put me at ease. They took my minivan (a 2000 Mazda), a somewhat older car, and took care of inspecting it, gave us a quote, and now my car runs perfectly and doesn't make any noise. All the staff were 100% professional, kind, and friendly, even with my baby. Thank you so much to everyone who was involved in repairing my car, and especially to Lukas for his excellent work! My family and I will definitely keep Hudson as our go-to mechanic!! Thank you!!

It has been many years now that I have been going to Hudson Automotive for all my car servicing and I still must say that they are fantastic! Their staff is so polite and pays attentions to what you are saying and they truly care about their customers.
I tell all my family and friends about their honest customer service.
They complete a routine check and then they will send you a written service assessment. These range from green to red. Red of course is the recommendation to complete asap.

Genuinely great bunch of guys, travelled 5 hours to get a truck. Truck had some issues to say the least. Got genuine suggestions that took into account for everything. They ended up fixing my truck on the day and sorting me out big time. Can’t recommend them enough. Would drive 3 hours to get my truck serviced by them.

I got a pre-purchase inspection and they quoted $180 but charged me $215. HOWEVER they gave an extremely thorough inspection and an options for a digital report.
Very impressed by quality of report and work. However staff could use more price transparency training

Lukas and team are all fantastic! I can't thank them enough. They helped us with our car when we thought it was toast. I finally felt like we weren't being taken advantage of for our situation which I'm super grateful for. We had multiple bad experiences at our previous auto shop and when I was looking around, other auto shops quoted us super high, didn't provide a courtesy car, or didn't guarantee service repairs like Hudson does. They helped us navigate our warranty repair and were patient and transparent with our questions. They went above and beyond, so much that they've made us return customers. I was referred to Hudson Automotive and I am so thankful I took my vehicle in. The first time I went in to have my trunk lock fixed. Hudson’s also checked my car to ensure my car top to bottom was in good condition. I was so impressed with the customer service and thank you Don for fixing my trunk and doing an inspection on my car. My car is older so I was thankful to have it inspected.
The second time I had to have my car towed in because I tried to drive it on a long trip and it overheated and stopped working. Tyler was so good at taking all the information of what I thought the issue was and getting me in to have it fixed. Don was awesome at diagnosing the problem and full service taking care of the whole problem. The price was reasonable.
