Ford PowerStroke

In fact due to the technology being used in today’s modern diesels, the use of the IDS is a requirement to properly diagnose and repair these engines. Many fixes for these engines require a software calibration update that requires a subscription to Fords database and the tooling (IDS) to perform the task. Without this level of technology, the repair shop is left guessing about what is wrong with your truck and whether it is fixed properly or not. Don’t let just anyone play with your investment without the proper tooling. Ask if they have invested in the IDS!
Our Certified Technicians are experts at servicing and repairing the 6.0L Ford PowerStroke. From leaking head gaskets due to engine overheating, turbocharger and emissions control problems due to improper oil or filter use, or excessive extended service intervals, to injector problems due to poor fuel quality or improper fuel use, we can not only correct these problems, but we can help to minimize or eliminate these problems in the future!
We specialize in the 6.0 litre PSD. While other repair shops might be able to repair most problems, we are dedicated to solving these problems for the long term. This will help ensure you get full value from your investment for many years to come!

Dodge Cummins

Appearing in the 1989 Dodge Ram pickup truck, the turbo charged 5.9 litre inline 6 cylinder quickly became a popular alternative to the large V8 gasoline engines normally used in full-size pickup trucks, while producing nearly double the torque at low engine speeds. This Cummins engine was also made popular for its fuel mileage over gasoline engine counterparts, roughly doubling fuel mileage in some applications. Further adding to the popularity in the Dodge Ram was the fact that it was the only diesel pickup, during the time, that featured Direct Injection and didn’t rely on glow plugs for cold weather start up.
To meet updated emissions requirements; in 2003,the Cummins 5.9 was introduced with Bosch high pressure common rail fuel injection, again increasing power output while reducing harmful emissions. This engine still proves to be one of the most durable and reliable diesel engines out on the road today. Although we have seen a few common problems with injection pumps and lift fuel pumps over the years. Like any Heavy Duty Diesel Engine, Maintenance is critical to prolonging the life and reducing the long-term cost of your Dodge truck.
We have spent many years tooling up with training, technology and information including the latest software available for our Snap-on Verus Diagnostic Platform in order to be experts on the Dodge Cummins 5.9 litre Diesel Engine.

Mercedes Dodge Sprinter

The first generation North American Sprinter was launched in 2001 in the U.S., and originally branded as a Freightliner. Units sold to the rest of North America were badged as Mercedes until 2003 when they received Dodge branding. Then in 2010, Dodge lost its contract to sell Sprinters in USA/Canada and a subset of Mercedes-Benz dealers gained that franchise.
Most early Sprinter vans came equipped with a 5 cylinder 2.7 litre turbo diesel engine, and in 2007 came with either a 6 cylinder 3.0 litre turbo diesel engine, or a 3.5 litre gas engine. These vans have become very popular with tradesmen and delivery companies, and like any Heavy Duty Diesel Engine, Maintenance is critical to prolonging the life and reducing the long-term cost of your Dodge truck.
We have spent the last few years tooling up with training, technology and information including the latest software available for our Snap-on Verus Diagnostic Platform in order to be experts on on the Mercedes Dodge Sprinter Vans.
